Pike County Elementary School Kindergarten Pre-registration

PCES Kindergarten Pre-Registration will be held April 5 – 7, 2017.

Children must be five years old on or before September 1^st, in order to attend Kindergarten during the 2017-2018 school year.

 

Dates/Times for Kindergarten Pre-registration at PCES:

Wed, April 5th from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Thurs, April 6th from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Fri, April 7th from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

The following documents are REQUIRED for registration:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Alabama Immunization Card (Blue Card)
• 2 Proofs of Residence
• Custody/Guardianship/Power of Attorney Documents (if applies)

Acceptable Proofs of Residence:

• Property Tax Records
• Mortgage Documents/Tax Deeds
• Apartment or Home Lease
• Utility Bills
• Driver's License
• Voter Precinct Identification
• Automobile Registration
• Homeowner's Insurance Policy
