Pike County Elementary Kindergarten Registration will be held:
April 4th from 8:00am – 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 6:00pm
April 5th from 8:00am – 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 6:00pm
April 6th from 8:00am – 3:00pm
You may also pick up Registration Packets from the School Counselor at any time.
Students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2018, in or to attend kindergarten during the 2018-2019 school year.
To Pre-Register you must have the following items:
· Provide 2 Proofs of Residency:
o Most current utility bill
o Property tax records
o Mortgage Documents/Property Deeds
o Apartment or home lease
o Driver’s License
o Voter Precinct Identification
o Automobile Registration
o Homeowner’s Insurance Policy
· Copy of birth certificate
· Social Security Card
· Alabama Immunization Card
· Driver’s License or Picture ID
· Custody/Power of Attorney/Guardianship documents – a legal guardian/foster care parent must provide a court decree declaring the district resident to be the legal guardian or the foster care parent of the student. (Example situations: divorce, foster care, other placement not with the biological parents, etc.)
